At Soera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing container.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
